I was talking with my partner the other day about manifestation and
attraction as he was telling me about someone new he was reading.
This prompted me to tell him what I felt it was about after doing the
healing work I have been doing. You see when I am bringing through
the healings I am working on the energetic field which manifests in the
physical and/or emotional realm. This has solidified my belief that it is
all energy and energy can be manipulated by how we are with it. Energy
meets like energy, if you feel good and vibrate good, good is attracted.
If you feel crummy and vibrate crummy, crummy is created. If you feel
your life is going downhill it does. If you feel it is turning a corner it does.
You catch my drift. Money, health, houses, things, they are all smoke
and mirrors, magic created by ones energetic vibration. How do we
change energy? Our feelings and realizations. Notice I did not say think
when describing what created what. Feelings are very powerful vibrators
of energy, they are our magic wand, keep waving the happy wand and
happy you will get. Be patient though, because momentum is involved
we have to hold that space for a while to change the momentum of the
flow of energy that is already moving.

I added realization because realization changes feelings. I have realized
I have turned a corner, it is no longer a story I am telling myself, so I feel
happy. Now I know changing how we feel can be one of the most difficult
tasks there is. I do it by listening to the stillness. When negativity comes
into my consciousness I get back to listening to the stillness as quickly
as I remember. It has been a matter of practice. It is my way of turning
it over and leaping into the ocean of consciousness. I always feel better
and often feel quite blissed. I drove 350 miles yesterday, listening to the
stillness and I was completely blissed. I noticed that I was very aware of
my driving, listening to music and listening to the stillness. Wow! That
was cool.

Recently I have experienced a considerable opening in my
healing work and find that I am bringing through a much
more powerful transmission of healing and receiving of
information. I have also found that there is very little if
any difference whether I am working in person or from a
distance. I do laying on of hands, with this touch I am
clearing, unblocking, aligning and balancing the energetic
and light bodies, bringing these systems into more
embodiment of the physical. Everything is energy and thus
all healing can take place through working on this level.
When I do a distance healing I close my eyes and the
person's energetic body is right with me. Some of my
clearest information about a person comes through when I
am doing this work.

I am very intrigued by what 'healing' looks like in different
instances. It is all transformative, which does not surprise
me as that has always been my 'medicine', sometimes
people experience an instant healing, sometimes they wake
up the next day filled with the emotions that lie at the core
of the disharmony they are experiencing. That makes sense
to me as the 'pain body' (Eckhart Tolle's term) is an
energetic body and will be matched by the manifest body.
There is no healing the manifest without bringing the
energetic into balance first. I have heard that according to
'Hands of Light'author Barbara Brennan the body can take
3 months to make a shift in response to a healing in the
ethereal body. I was wondering if the length of time has
anything to do with the momentum it takes to create the
'problem', for example an injury takes little momentum
where as cancer takes years and tremendous momentum.
Then there is the level of realization and the willingness to
release into a higher vibration.

I think of all manifestations of 'disease' and 'injury' as gifts
through which we can transform and free ourselves if we
use them. I might not have ever found it on the spiritual
path if I had not contracted Hepatitis many years ago. I
most likely would not have had this recent opening had I
not seriously broken my ankle. It is still a grand teacher.
I am not saying we need to have something happen to
move us forward, but if something does and we open to
its' lessons rather than falling prey to victim thinking we
have an incredible possibility to become freer.

Expansion and Resistance

All figuring it out is resistance.
All resistance is attachment.
Expansion and resistance are the only choices.
Expansion arises out of stillness.

Realization, Expansion, and Oneness

Lately I have been going through many wonderful changes spiritually,
moving at a speed I have never moved at before. I can only believe
this is because the collective is zooming ahead in consciousness. I
also have a friend that is one of the 'Crystalline' people that have come
in to join us and move us along, we are very close, and I am witnessing
as she rockets her way into new levels of consciousness. It has been
rubbing off on me and I have had my share of spiritual realization lately.

The other night as I lay in bed for the night I had the realization of our
Oneness with all and it has shifted everything for me. This is not a new
concept for me but I went beyond concept and realized it. Oh dear, now
I have gotten myself in deep water as I have to talk about it.......... OK
so we are all One, an ever expanding One, you and I are not 2 separate
people, that is an illusion. We exist as a field of consciousness and whatever
information is available in this field is available to the All. Gives new meaning
to the collective unconscious doesn't it? Also gives new meaning to know
thyself, cuz thy self is the All. As my friend said the old new paradigm says
we pull in our mirrors in other people. This paradigm means there is no where
to pull anyone from we are already there together. Our realization and energy
(created by feelings), defines our experience in relation to our Oneness. I
thought about people I had experiences with in my life, good and bad and
saw that I was One with them and that the experience of bad came from
resistance to the expansion and the good was primarily feeding the expansion.
Trippy! Of course this Oneness is not just people, it is everything. This chaos
we live in is all One, all in perfect harmony. Everything that is going on is the
One experiencing it's own diversity.

There is no death of the Oneness, it is eternal, but there is death and regeneration
within the oneness, which the Oneness is not aware of. Think of our skin cells,
continuously dying, sloughing off, and regenerating, that is the experience of death
in the Oneness. It is all about regeneration and expansion. Sci fi don't ya think?
Very Matrix. Its a good thing the Oneness is Love.

I have been following my intuition with something lately
and it has me feeling rather 'out there'. I ran into this
collage last night that I did years ago about this very
issue. Feeling out there in following my sense of inner
guidance is a familiar feeling. I have been on this road
too many times to even remember. I still don't like it,
never have. It always pans out to be the true and needed
path, but in many ways I feel unrooted, floating around
in the cosmos, releasing the need to know or control.
So I stay in the present and find that in each moment
everything is just fine, in fact it is really good. That
hasn't always been the case. I've had to learn how to
create this reality of really good I am experiencing and
also how to stay in the moment with it. Yikes what a
path this is!

Intending Happiness

I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Portland, OR.
The day before I left I had a conversation with my friend Joe.
I was asking him about his intentions as his life is rockin' and
one to celebrate. These are his intentions:
I WANT TO FEEL HAPPY.
I WANT TO FEEL CREATIVE.
I WANT TO HAVE CLARITY ABOUT WHAT IT IS I
WANT TO HAVE.

I added:
I WANT TO FEEL PROSPEROUS.
So I started saying and FEELING these intentions as I drove.
While I was there I handed art over to a high end furniture
store to sell, I was placed 'under consideration' with a gallery
for a show and I sold 3 pieces of art at the show I am currently
in. I had a great time with friends, was treated to lunch twice
and just generally felt very happy and clear.

I am going to give the intentions a lot of credit.
