HEALTH/BODY

I am perfect health, I am pain-free. I see myself gaining new energy,
becoming stronger and healthy, and I lose weight easily. I have
unlimited money flowing into my life and the more I share, the more
I attain.

God's Divine harmony is manifesting in my body as I effortlessly lose
weight. Any changes I need to make are revealed to me and are easily
facilitated.

I experience full and complete healing. Progress every day.

The truth of God's harmony is made manifest for me as perfect health

Now that I have been doing these sessions for a couple of months
now, at least an hour a day, I solidly feel the effects. My mind has
become very quiet, the silence very easy to access. My life feels
rich in its unfolding. My prosperity is improving at an easy pace.
I am loving the sessions, looking forward to them in the morning
when I wake up. It used to be difficult to meditate for 5 minutes
and now I look forward to an hour of it. Who would have ever thunk?

I have been following my intuition with something lately
and it has me feeling rather 'out there'. I ran into this
collage last night that I did years ago about this very
issue. Feeling out there in following my sense of inner
guidance is a familiar feeling. I have been on this road
too many times to even remember. I still don't like it,
never have. It always pans out to be the true and needed
path, but in many ways I feel unrooted, floating around
in the cosmos, releasing the need to know or control.
So I stay in the present and find that in each moment
everything is just fine, in fact it is really good. That
hasn't always been the case. I've had to learn how to
create this reality of really good I am experiencing and
also how to stay in the moment with it. Yikes what a
path this is!

I am going to be a bit mysterious here as I feel it is important
to keep the actual facts out of the story. They are not so
important. I made a decision a while back. I kept wanting to
act on it, feeling rather impatient. My guidance kept telling me
to wait. As often happens even my most enlightened friends
were pushing for me to take the bull by the horns and go for it.
This process has happened so many times in my life that I now
know to absolutely trust my guidance and know that something
will be revealed to me.

This week has marked 9 months since I fell and seriously broke
my ankle and I knew the birth was due. Sure enough, the
revealing happened and it was nothing I could have ever imagined,
not in my wildest dreams. It is always a surprise, the revealing that
is, when I hand it over to the Divine. I was telling a friend and she
completely agreed that you can never guess what will unfold. We
joked that if we did guess Divine intelligence would change the
revealing. It certainly is an adventure and a mystery. Still is, even
though I know the direction, I have zero clue how it will all turn out.
But then how much fun would that be?

I have been working on a brochure to advertise my spiritual work. Part of what I wrote pertained to a conversation I was having this morning so I read it to my friend. She loved it so much she wanted a copy, so I decided to post it today.

'Each one of us, individually, is here as a wondrous manifestation of the Divine. The Divine is experiencing completely diverse experiences that can only happen through each one of us as individual, unique special beings. We are Universes unto ourselves. Everyone of these Universes is essential. We are God experiencing God and this is our one and only job.

Our deepest desires are our Higher/Divine Self instructing us. It is my intent to help others get in touch with these desires, assist in clearing the way for the desires to be allowed manifestation and share the tools for manifestation.

The desire for healing the self is not simply self serving motivation. There is a field of Energy, of Intelligence that connects all of us, people, animals, minerals, plants the earth,and the cosmos. What we heal and free we do for All. The healing ripples into the field and effects the Entirety.

Learn how to best love you, and that love spreads to All. It is quite simple. There is no better way to help, anyone, anything, anywhere.'

Yesterday I wrote and wrote and processed and
wrote some more. I went through every feeling in
the book and now I am clear. I am going to sit with
this clarity for a little while. I believe when clarity
happens all the machinery in one's Universe shifts
to adapt to the new clarity and one never knows
what will take place. Mentally I placed this clarity
on the altar before the Divine and have asked for
help or guidance. It is a big choice I came to and
I want complete harmony to accompany me in
the shift. It is always good in moments like this for
me to know that with the Divine I am guided and
I am absolutely safe.
